A furnished five-bedroom flat in central Durham. Each bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers.

There is an open-plan kitchen and living space, a separate dining room, and access to a garden and patio. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Rent and what's included

Rent is £205 per person, per week (£1025 per week for the whole property). Bills included: energy, water, internet and TV licence.

The deposit is one month's rent, protected with the DPS. Make this your home for your academic year. Your tenancy continues on a rolling basis, with notice rights set out in your tenancy agreement.
