Seven furnished bedrooms across three floors on Old Elvet. All bedrooms have a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The house has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Rent is £205 per person, per week (£1435 per week for the whole property). Bills included: energy, water, internet and TV licence.

The deposit is one month's rent, protected with the DPS. Make this your home for your academic year. Your tenancy continues on a rolling basis, with notice rights set out in your tenancy agreement.
