Your home for your academic year

A furnished six-bedroom flat over two floors in central Durham. Each bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, sink, wardrobe and drawers.

The living room and kitchen are on the second floor. The property has access to a long garden and patio. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The flat has Wi-Fi.

Rent and what's included

Rent is £205 per person, per week (£1230 per week for the whole property). Bills included: energy, water, internet and TV licence.

The deposit is one month's rent, protected with the DPS. Make this your home for your academic year. Your tenancy continues on a rolling basis, with notice rights set out in your tenancy agreement.
