The open-plan living and dining area joins a kitchen with breakfast bar, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Wi-Fi and private off-street parking are listed.

Rent and what's included

Rent is £195 per person, per week (£780 per week for the whole property). Bills included: energy, water, internet and TV licence.

The deposit is one month's rent, protected with the DPS. Make this your home for your academic year. Your tenancy continues on a rolling basis, with notice rights set out in your tenancy agreement.
