FFR Group QuickBooks connector — terms of use

This private connector is operated by FFR GROUP LIMITED, Uncommon, 126 New Kings Road, London SW6 4LZ. It is available only to people FFR Group authorises for internal accounting work. It is not a tenant or public service.

An authorised administrator connects an FFR Group QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s own authorisation screen. The connector then provides QuickBooks accounting information to authorised users through Codex for questions, reports and internal analysis. FFR Group configures its local MCP server to offer read-only tools. Users must protect the information and use it only for approved FFR Group work.

An answer generated in Codex may depend on the accounts selected, reporting basis, dates and completeness of the source records. Check the underlying QuickBooks report or transactions before using an answer for a filing, payment, legal decision or external statement.
